Numerous conversations with Dave Roberts, Absolut, Learjet, and Raupleminze have not resulted in a consensus that it is legit. It has some characteristics that support authenticity and a few that do not. The more intriguing aspect is it is an Oberndorf built rifle on a BCD action. I put the barreled action back in military wood. The tolerances are quite remarkable on these. Headspace issues seem to be rare, even between the different manufacturers and iterations / eras. Eh, that just means you got lucky.
